I discovered beekeeping after bringing two forgotten hives on my family's farm back to life. Two hives became 16, then 30, and today I care for around 180 hives across the Staffordshire countryside. My bees forage naturally across wildflowers, blossom, oilseed rape fields and heather moorland, producing honey that truly reflects the landscape they come from. Every jar represents my commitment to looking after the bees properly, producing high-quality British honey, and sharing the best of our countryside with families across the UK.

I have been keeping bees since I was five years old and beekeeping has been in my family for the last three generations since 1924. Because we are British beekeepers, honey, pollen, propolis, beeswax and royal jelly has always played an important role in our lives. A wealth of health and medicinal recipes, that were found to work extremely well, were passed on from one family member to the next. This tradition still carries on today.
